Job Title: Automation Expert

This role involves overseeing end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales/marketing automation, as well as project oversight and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interns to set up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier) and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and others via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor data pipeline quality for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing them with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and suggest improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
