Job Title: Data Lifecycle Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage data across multiple business divisions. This role involves driving retention, archiving, and disposition requirements, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with data management policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document data retention, archiving, and disposition requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and regular reviews with business and technology teams to ensure compliance with data management policies.
  • Identify and mitigate data management risks and implement strategies for effective data protection.
  • Represent the DLM team in cross-functional meetings and communicate key policies and requirements.
  • Develop process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement business and technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data management, information management, or a related field (e.g., financial services).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to document complex data management requirements and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree and familiarity with database/cloud technologies, AI, and reporting tools.
