Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-go-live support. This role requires someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing time, resources, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product suite to assist customers in maximizing their digital experience.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers during the onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Closely collaborate with the integration team and Technical Account Manager to understand customer requirements and deliver viable solutions or alternatives.
  • Partner with the Customer Service and Product & Engineering (P&E) teams to facilitate quick issue resolution, providing a seamless experience for customers.
  • Built strong relationships by engaging with customers, striving to exceed expectations, and taking extra measures to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term value for our clients.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably within the SaaS space.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work during US hours (night-shift).
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related platforms.
  • The ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and technologies, sharing knowledge effectively with customers.

Nice to Have

Desirable qualities include:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in roles involving digital transformation or technology implementation.
  • A basic understanding of API integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
