Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision, and apply relevant techniques to improve existing models.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, guidelines, and standards for machine learning engineering within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and experience deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of modern MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with generative AI models, such as GPT, Claude, Llama is a plus.
