About the Job:

Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems. As part of our Engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a highly available and efficient infrastructure that supports our AI-based healthcare solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Distributing AI and vision-centric software to customers across various platforms (Linux, Windows).
  • Working closely with customers to debug and resolve recurrent issues in deployments and updates.
  • Creating and optimizing reliable services to enable swift product delivery.
  • Building required infrastructure and services to automate environment setups and configurations for clients across multiple computer platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to optimize performance and ensure high availability.
  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to detect and respond to issues proactively.
  • Collaborating with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures for the infrastructure and applications.
  • Promoting a customer-centric culture and driving strong production processes within the company.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic programming knowledge in any language.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container platforms.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
