Site Reliability Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, and Grafana.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on the challenge of maintaining the health and performance of our globally deployed web application.

  1. Maintain Application Health and Performance:
  2. Monitor and interpret Grafana dashboards to identify failures and problems;
  3. Manage incident communication and provide frequent updates to all parties;
  4. Collaborate with the LLM Proxy team to resolve issues and improve system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field;
  • Expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, and Grafana;
  • Strong understanding of observability tools, including Quantiles, P99, and Prometheus;
  • Familiarity with AWS services or any cloud provider;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • LLM or AI Experience.
