Tele Sales Consultant Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential clients in the US, Canada, and Mexico markets, promoting our Cyber Security solutions and services. Key responsibilities include customer outreach, lead generation and qualification, product knowledge, follow-up and customer engagement, and data entry management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects in the US, Canada, and Mexico markets with professionalism and confidence.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Engage with potential clients, understand their cybersecurity needs, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our Cyber Security solutions to prospects.
  • Follow-up & Customer Engagement: Maintain consistent follow-ups, schedule meetings or demos, and nurture relationships for potential conversions.
  • Data Entry Management: Accurately record call details, client interactions, and status updates in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in outbound calling/telemarketing, preferably in US/Canada/Mexico markets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B tele calling, especially in Cyber Security domain.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
