Job Description

Our organization is actively seeking a skilled Database Engineer to join our team on a remote contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As a DBE, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases that meet the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement database solutions that optimize performance and scalability
  • Maintain existing databases and ensure data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as Python
  • Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with AWS DevOps and Terraform
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
