Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Finance Professional to drive our business forward.

This role is pivotal in driving our SCF products and allied services to distributors and corporate enterprises, with a Minimum balance sheet size of ₹50 crore. Primary focus shall be on 'Dealer Finance' and 'PID'. You should be able to set-up a strong channel for lead generation.

  • Promote our business loan and SCF products and services to distributors and corporates, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financing requirements and business goals.
  • Customize financial solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, including term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other business lending products, showcasing their benefits and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and 3rd party lending partners to develop customized finance solutions that meet client's specific requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, with a focus on supply chain finance, invoice financing, or related products.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain finance principles and how they impact businesses' financial health.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
