Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements.

  • Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers (domestic and international) to build strong business cases for outsourcing.
  • Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, develop winning value propositions, and articulate supply chain (Sourcing & Procurement) service offerings.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM (Sourcing & Procurement) engagements.
Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing complex proposals and presentations.
  • Leading client-facing meetings and negotiations.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
