About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to join our team and drive growth through meaningful marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving AI product adoption, customer love, and feature adoption while delivering outcomes to customers.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing a go-to-market strategy, ensuring smart dentists don't miss out on early access program signups, meaningfully driving features adoption, creating a feedback loop for product evolution, building a community using relevant social channels, making the product the de facto hub for clinicians, and setting ambitious growth goals and progress towards hitting them week over week.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Flair for marketing and growth hacking
  • Passionate about turning customer insights into campaigns
  • Expert with AI tools to build creatives, run campaigns on social channels
  • Depth-oriented analytical mind
  • Solution-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of social channels for engaging communities like dentists
