Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project team with completing projects within their planned scope, schedule, and budget. This will include establishing project schedules, coordinating tasks, providing reporting, and managing progress on gap items.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating project schedules and defining project deliverables based on project scope.
  • Tracking and managing project milestones and customer-reported issues.
  • Communicating status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.

Additionally, the project manager will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, scope amendments, and key customer communication archives. They will also be the primary point of contact for all client inquiries for managed projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or software industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to build detailed project plans highlighting milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
