Role Overview

As a seasoned Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing insightful credit analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft comprehensive credit memos for transactions, ensuring accuracy and clarity in your reporting.
  • Prepare and review loan term sheets, conducting thorough financial and credit analysis to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Conduct rigorous financial and credit analysis to identify and assess risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate closely with the lending team to ensure seamless deal execution, meeting critical deadlines and maintaining high levels of efficiency.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail, to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting, preferably within financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Strong foundation in credit fundamentals, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft professional reports and memos that convey complex ideas with clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools, with a solid understanding of data visualization and insights.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly desirable, with expertise in financial modeling and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global teams, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
