Overview

Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant Role

The Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant is a critical position that demands expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management. This role requires supporting at least 2 global implementations and/or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence and holding a current Workday Certification.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement Workday Time and Absence solutions to ensure seamless integration
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
Requirements
  • Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience
  • Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence
  • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
