Financial Leadership Opportunity

The role of Chartered Accountant plays a pivotal part in strengthening the finance backbone for high-growth companies. It combines financial reporting, financial management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing monthly and annual book closure, ensuring accuracy of accounts, developing and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards, driving financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS, strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end and year-end close process

- Ensure accurate financial reporting

- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards

- Drive financial planning and analysis

- Conduct variance analysis and performance reviews

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in finance and MIS

- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

- Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage
