Lead Finance Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our financial operations and team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, and providing strategic insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Reporting: Create and manage monthly MIS reports, including profit and loss, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals, to provide timely insights to leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation align with statutory regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Analysis: Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making.
  • KPI Tracking: Track and report financial and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility across functions.
  • Partnerships: Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborator, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
