Production Head

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, capacity planning, and shift-wise load distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective output.

You will also be leading a multi-functional team across winding, core assembly, tank fabrication, oil processing, and final assembly, promoting discipline, accountability, and performance. Additionally, you will implement lean principles to reduce waste, cycle times, and rework, and identify process improvements through layout optimization, work instruction standardization, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
  • Lead a multi-functional team across various departments.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control processes and standards.
  • Manage plant resources, including manpower, tools, and machinery utilization.
  • Enforce EHS standards and statutory compliance.
  • Control production costs through efficient resource planning.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Understanding of quality control processes and standards.
