Executive Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of innovative power products within the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, driving product roadmaps for power solutions (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC, etc.).
  • Provide expert technical support and training to customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications, delivering high-quality results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product developers and engineers, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market success, leveraging collective expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in power management, including product definition and development.
  • Proven expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge, with a strong understanding of thermal, electrical, and magnetic investigations.
  • Experience using FEA tools, simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of AECQ / IATF /ISO26262 standards, with the ability to apply them effectively.
