Job Title: Data Management Specialist

This is a key role within our Asset Management Division, where you will work closely with the Quant Team, Client Team, and Portfolio Managers to provide analysis that supports client communications and trading decisions.

As a Data Management Specialist, you will apply quantitative skills to solve complex problems for clients, including liability modelling and benchmark changes.

You will be responsible for identifying and escalating any issues or discrepancies in results to ensure accuracy and reliability. In addition, you will understand and apply investment guidelines and relevant processes/calculations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between teams to provide analysis and support decision-making
  • Apply quantitative skills to solve complex problems for clients
  • Identify and escalate issues to ensure accuracy and reliability

To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, statistics, or mathematics
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar or related role with a top-tier firm
  • Strong knowledge and experience in actuarial modelling and processes
  • Solid understanding of interest rate and inflation risk techniques
  • Deep understanding of fixed income, derivative markets, and hedging/LDI techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
