AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack engineer to join our team of innovators in building the future of AI.
Your day-to-day will involve hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models. You will build and optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code, evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs, fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF, raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation, and innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
- You will have strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js), be comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices, and skilled with Docker.
You will also have excellent communication skills to explain your work in English.
Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with LLMs, a background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing, or experience working on large-scale projects.
About this opportunity:
- This is a remote full-time position with 20–40 hrs/week commitment.
- The duration is one month with an option to extend.
