Generative AI Specialist

As a Generative AI Specialist, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will leverage large language models and retrieval-augmented generation techniques to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop generative AI solutions that automate tasks, enhance decision-making processes, and improve operational efficiency across various departments.
  • Implement vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data, enabling faster and more accurate AI model performance.
  • Lead the fine-tuning of pre-trained models, adapting them to specific use cases and improving their performance on domain-specific tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs): Proven expertise in working with state-of-the-art LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integration into production systems.
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Demonstrated ability to implement RAG techniques to enhance AI model performance and accuracy in information retrieval tasks.
  • Fine-tuning: Proficiency in adapting pre-trained models to specific domains and tasks, optimizing their performance for targeted applications.
  • Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of high-dimensional data in AI applications.
