About the Role

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end transactional procurement processes, improving process reliability and service levels, and increasing overall quality and automation.

  • You will oversee daily operations and work on process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage transactional activities of Operational Procurement, including Spot buying, PR to PO conversion, vendor master data management, and helpdesk services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate processing of procurement requests, from initiation to order fulfillment.
  • Reporting expertise to extract reports from SAP as per business requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and queries related to Purchase Orders.
  • Conduct timely communication upon inquiries from internal/external stakeholders.
