About This Role

This senior position oversees bank reconciliation activities across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of bank accounts.

The successful candidate will lead daily, weekly, and month-end bank reconciliation activities, collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, and external banks, and drive process improvements using digital tools.

Responsibilities

Internal control adherence, compliance with SOX, internal audit, and company policies are crucial in this role. Additionally, the ability to handle multiple legal entities, countries, and zones simultaneously is necessary for success.

Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, an MBA in Finance, or a Chartered/Cost Accountant designation. Nine to twelve years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing industry with reporting background are also required.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, S4Hana/Oracle, and hands-on experience with HFM/FCCS/Cognos or other large-scale reporting packs, are essential for this role.
