Backend Developer Opportunity

Transforming raw on-chain data into actionable insights is a critical task in the blockchain industry. As a skilled Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our core infrastructure and powering real-time pricing and analytics in DeFi.

This position requires expertise in Go or Rust, with a strong understanding of Ethereum smart contract ABI decoding and event logs. You will be responsible for owning the development of event decoders for major DeFi protocols, building and maintaining data extractors that convert on-chain events into structured trade data, and implementing logic to calculate trade prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient event decoders for major DeFi protocols
  • Build robust data extraction tools that convert on-chain events into structured trade data
  • Implement price calculation logic, including swap routing, liquidity pool math, and price inference
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable data ingestion pipelines
  • Optimize performance and accuracy of pricing models

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of backend development experience in Go or Rust
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum smart contract ABI decoding and event logs
  • Experience working with DeFi protocols, particularly AMM math
  • Familiarity with EVM-based chains and Ethereum node infrastructure
  • Ability to work independently and own complex backend systems from design to deployment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working directly with blockchain nodes or building custom RPC-based services
  • Familiarity with price oracles and on-chain data feeds
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
