Job Title: Technical Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our EDP platform operations, data automation, and cloud cost optimization. This role will play a crucial part in infrastructure resiliency and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex workflows, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and build informative dashboards for strategic decision-making.
  • Support AWS cloud cost optimization through the implementation of Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and anomaly detection techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process standardization and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Assist with capacity planning and resiliency initiatives to achieve Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R programming languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and FinOps best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI/QuickSight or similar data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data expertise, and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)/Continuous Integration-Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) methodologies.
