We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support enterprise data platform (EDP) operations on a contractual basis.

This role offers flexibility to work across time zones and the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About the Job
  • Support process improvement, cloud cost management, automation, and infrastructure support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize EDP operations and implement workflow improvements.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize EDP operations and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Support FinOps initiatives, including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platform products.
Required Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools and knowledge of infrastructure monitoring.
  • Experience with ITIL or operational excellence frameworks.
Preferred Skills
  • Big data analytics platform experience and advanced FinOps knowledge.
  • Utilities/Energy industry experience and familiarity with cloud cost management.
  • AWS / FinOps certifications and expertise in data science.
