Job Title: Head of Design

The ideal candidate has extensive experience and maturity in design, but remains hands-on. They must guide workshops, inform user research or service design challenges, structure a CX Center of Excellence and setup design systems.

  • Lead the scale of the design operation from India.
  • Drive design quality, craft and practice within the team.
  • Evolving service offerings and value propositions for clients.
  • Provide strategic design thought leadership across the organisation.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assess performance and provide career mentorship and performance decisions for senior designers.
  • Attract top talent to the studios.
  • Work closely with the global CXO and regional counterparts.
  • Build a studio environment where each member can grow and thrive.
Key Qualifications
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience; 7+ years of leadership/management experience of teams of 50+ designers.
  • A background in running large-scale teams for startups and organisations.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes.
  • Mastery in Product Design, Service Design, User Research.
  • References about outcomes achieved and leadership style.
  • Proven experience building connections regionally and globally as a respected leader in the design community.
  • Highly proactive with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
