Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the implementation of pharmaceutical norms in civil works. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Factory Act 1948 and relevant clauses, specifically building plan approval and DISH Approval.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pharma finishes, including epoxy flooring, PU flooring, internal and external finishes of building facilities, clean room partition and door, fire door and emergency glass specification, flooring type in wash area and office area, and types of paints and thermal checking.

This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, including work permit systems, PPEs, and contractor training. Additionally, the successful candidate will be familiar with shutdown criteria and routine plant maintenance and makeovers in an aesthetic manner.

The selected individual will also be responsible for maintaining plant facility inspection and maintenance schedules as per GEMBA walk, preparing scheduling, and observing work in timelines.

Vendor management is another critical aspect of this position, requiring knowledge of vendor negotiation, preparation of vendor comparative statements, ARC, and vendor bill checking with JMB preparation.

Lastly, the ideal candidate should possess expertise in change control and facility qualification, as well as proficiency in AUTO CAD and SAP.

Required Skills and Qualifications
