Job Opportunity:
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITSM Developer to join our team.
\About the Role\This is an exciting opportunity for a talented developer to leverage cutting-edge AI, automation, and modern development practices to enhance IT Service Management solutions.
\The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agentic AI, ServiceNow development, and experience working with advanced technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, and predictive intelligence.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Architect, Develop, and Enhance: Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications that integrate advanced AI, ML, RPA, and predictive intelligence capabilities.\
- Collaborate and Guide: Work with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to drive innovation by aligning technology choices with business outcomes.\
- Ongoing Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.\
- ServiceNow Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, including Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and integration Hub.\
- Frontend and Backend Development: Have experience in developing both frontend and backend components using modern UI frameworks such as Angular and React.\
- Agentic AI Experience: Practical experience with integrating Agentic AI for automated decision-making and workflow orchestration.\
- Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management: In-depth understanding of ITIL processes with specialization in Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management.\
- REST SOAP API Integrations: Proven hands-on skills in REST SOAP API integrations and working with external AI models.\
- Backend Development: Experience with Python, Django, and REST API framework is an added advantage.\
- Azure OpenAI or Similar Frameworks: Understanding of Azure OpenAI or similar AI frameworks is a plus.\
