Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry, possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills, and be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
