Job Description

This full-time role located in Noida requires an Azure Data Architect to design and implement data architecture solutions. Responsibilities include effective data governance, creating data models, managing data warehousing initiatives, designing and managing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, and collaborating with other teams for seamless integration of data across the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in MSBI including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Fabric
  • Ability to design and implement complex data architecture solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure
  • Excellent leadership skills to manage, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems through well-architected data solutions and integrations
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data architecture delivery ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and meet business requirements while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Manage a team of data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to execute Data & BI projects successfully
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives for project milestones
  • Architect and implement innovative, high-performance data solutions using MSBI and Azure data services
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the Data & BI space and drive innovation by integrating new technologies into solutions
