SAP IBP Implementation Specialist

We are in search of an accomplished Supply Chain Planning professional with in-depth knowledge of SAP IBP to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for clients worldwide.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in implementing SAP IBP E2E, with a strong background in supply chain planning, key figures, views, and application jobs. Additionally, they should have excellent leadership skills to guide workshops, UATs, and user training sessions.
This role requires a collaborative mindset to work closely with sales teams and alliances to expand the IBP business footprint. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal accelerators.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, including 3+ years in SAP IBP E2E implementation, is required for this position. An engineering graduate with an MBA, MTech, or MS in SCM/Operations preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement SAP IBP solutions globally.
- Lead client-facing workshops, UATs, and user training sessions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to expand IBP business opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
Please note that this is a contract-to-hire position requiring immediate onboarding with essential skills in SAP IBP (Supply, Demand, IO, or OBP), supply chain planning, and E2E implementation.
