Business Unit Head/Startup Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Unit Head/Startup to lead our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability. They will manage resources and budgets to optimize performance, identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand our reach, and build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within a startup with less than five years of experience
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field
  • Experience in the AI and XR industry is a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus
