Executive PMO Job Description

This role oversees the Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with IT services companies.

  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and prioritize project tasks.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Develop and maintain accurate dashboards to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Chair regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status and provide updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive business decisions and compliance by analyzing data and providing recommendations.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree preferred with 1-3 years experience in PMO or a related field.
  • Must have experience working with IT services company and have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for this role.
