About the Role

The successful Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and communicating its unique value proposition to consumers. You will be responsible for creating engaging assets that blend science and fun, including social media content, performance marketing creatives, and packaging designs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaign ideas to life.

This is an ideal position for a creative professional with 2-4 years of design experience, particularly in consumer brands, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries. A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging.
  • Create engaging social media content that blends science and fun.
  • Design performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, Amazon ads).
  • Support influencer and community campaigns with content templates and visuals.
  • Collaborate with founder and content team on new product packaging, ensuring strong shelf presence and recall.
  • Prepare mockups, dielines, and print-ready files.
  • Design website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, Amazon A+ pages.
