Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished plumbing design professional to spearhead our project. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical expertise and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of plumbing systems.
  • Evaluate compliance with NBC/SP35/UPC standards and regulations.
  • Perform load estimates, water balance/storage calculations, and STP/RO sizing.
  • Create 2D schematics, BOQs/specifications, and technical documents.
  • Handle RFIs, approvals, and site monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office effectively for design and documentation.
  • Demonstrate leadership and readiness to travel as required.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in plumbing design.
  • Degree (BE/ME Civil/Mechanical) or Diploma with strong technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and plumbing system design tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of standards, codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and client-handling skills.
  • Willingsness to travel when required.
