Job Title: Residence Support Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students residing in our facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Residence Management and Support:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for students requiring assistance with residence-related matters
    • Provide timely and effective response to emergencies and crisis situations, ensuring student safety and well-being
    • Collaborate with various teams to maintain the highest standards of facility maintenance and upkeep
    • Manage and escalate issues related to housing, including maintenance requests, room changes, and basic accommodations
  • Student Data Management:
    • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of student data, adhering to university policies and procedures
    • Update and maintain student records related to residence life, including room assignments and incident reports
  • Community Building and Pastoral Care:
    • Develop and implement community-building activities to foster a sense of belonging among residents
    • Provide guidance and support to students navigating their residential experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and G-Suite tools
  • Experience working with young adults from diverse backgrounds
  • Empathetic and professional conduct
