Invoice to Cash Professional

We are seeking a skilled Invoice to Cash professional to join our team. As an Invoice to Cash professional, you will be responsible for managing and resolving basic inquiries associated with all aspects of client services and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of commercial insurance principles and practices.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and team members to ensure smooth communication related to updates and inquiry responses received from client SMEs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and knowledge material.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (Master's in Finance preferred).
  • Relevant experience working in the I2C lifecycle - credit control, cash applications, carrier/agency inquiry response management, recording and researching incoming cash receipts, month-close activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure.
