Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution
  • Analyze business performance on a monthly basis
  • Establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against key metrics
  • Track and close out disputes, validating claims
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure statutory compliance for own site
  • Renegotiate and manage vendor agreements for existing sites
  • Acquire new sites through strategic partnerships
  • Reduce operational costs through process improvements
  • Deliver new site projects within target timelines
  • Support site upgrades and maintenance
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with Oracle
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
