Customer Experience Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Experience Representative to support students and parents throughout their journey with us, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Address concerns and refund requests with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Manage escalations across chat, call, and email channels to maintain a positive parent and student experience.
      • Mentor students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
        • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, and Academy teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timelines.
          • Take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (chat, email, calls).
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall experience.
        • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
        Requirements and Qualifications
        • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
          • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
            • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
              • Ability to manage multiple channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
                • A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
