Job Description:

You will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Software Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality, guaranteeing that our products meet the required level of excellence.
  • Define Quality Strategies: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies and testing processes that align with our business objectives.
  • Develop Automation Frameworks: You will design and develop automation frameworks to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions, reducing the time and cost associated with manual testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with various teams to drive quality and productivity, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
  • QA Methodologies: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
  • Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Defect Tracking: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and test management platforms like TestRail.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • CI/CD Tools: Practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
