Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of our SCM suite and DevOps platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security, and identity management, as well as strong architecture and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and integrate SCM tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible. Standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.
  • Develop and maintain a highly available platform ensuring 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours. Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Create and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO. Automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.
  • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines. Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management). Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication. Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.
  • Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.
