Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end management of e-commerce content related to jewellery products, including pack shot renders, model images, and product copy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the design studio to get collection launch forecasts and adjust product render needs for the year to come.
  • Ensuring that CAD files are produced within the given timeline as per the e-commerce department's roadmap.
  • Managing the rendering agency, updating them on monthly render forecasts and sharing CAD files to ensure timely execution in line with brand standards and signed contracts.
  • Obtaining internal approvals from the studio and e-commerce department upon receipt of pack shots and gathering feedback for potential rework.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce content management, preferably within the jewellery industry.
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration.
