The role of a bartender involves serving drinks to guests in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems and equipment.
  • Issue and serve wine, champagne bottles, and other beverages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, including tables, glassware, and tools.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, such as lemons, limes, and olives.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies to ensure efficient service.
  • Transport supplies to the bar set-up area as needed.
  • Wash soiled glassware and sanitize all equipment to maintain a clean environment.
  • Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables and place them in designated areas for cleaning.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to the team to prevent stockouts.
  • Process all payment methods efficiently and accurately.
  • Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports with accuracy.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for this position.
  • At least one year of related work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
