Key Sales Executive Position

Achieving Sales Excellence

  • The key deliverables for this role involve achieving assigned sales targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services within the designated territory.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through targeted B2B hunting and negotiations with existing clients.
  • Cross-sell a full suite of Airtel business solutions to expand revenue streams and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive maturity across all product lines, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor and respond to competitor activities with effective market strategies and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities and Expectations

Servicing Enterprise Clients

  • Act as the single point of contact for corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with enterprise customers, fostering trust and loyalty through consistent and reliable interactions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure deal closures to maximize revenues and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services as per client expectations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collect and report market intelligence for strategic planning and competitive positioning, informing business decisions and driving growth.
