We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing product features and initiatives that align with business objectives, and gathering and integrating customer feedback into product planning and development.

  • Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Align cross-functional teams around the product vision and execution plan.

  • Make trade-off decisions to balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Work closely with business development to define feature requirements and user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical specifications are met.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Translate Business requirements into Product technical requirements.
  • Customer experience and feedback integration.
  • Analytics for product performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Expertise in market research and trend analysis to shape product vision and strategy.
