We are seeking a creative and dynamic professional to lead our corporate development and M&A activities in a global finance team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy
  • We deliver timely reports and artefacts on M&A and corporate development activities to senior management, including pipeline development, financial valuations, due diligence processes, deal negotiation, and closure. We also support regulatory/statutory process for post-deals.
  • We work closely with leadership to identify, evaluate, and integrate acquisition targets that align with the organization's strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • A qualified accountant with prior experience in leading M&A processes is required.
  • Prior hands-on experience in valuation and modelling exercises, as well as strong communication skills – verbal and written, is essential.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach, along with an understanding of stakeholder expectations and translation of the same to tangible and measurable deliverables, is crucial.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, including MS Excel, are necessary for this role.
