Process Management Specialist

A challenging career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Process Management Specialist to lead and manage the production process, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage raw material stock and inventory, ensuring availability and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with utilities and maintenance teams to maintain plant equipment and uphold zero discharge norms.
  • Ensure quality of raw materials meets specified standards.

Production Oversight

  • Oversee ENA procurement and ensure adherence to budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of production parameters, efficiency, and raw material utilization.
  • Monitor and improve process efficiency, identifying areas for cost reduction and waste minimization.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure 90% of ENA produced meets sensory quality standards (6.5-7.0).
  • Analyze treated and untreated effluent, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with internal and PCB standards.

MIS and Documentation

  • Prepare and submit MIS reports, excise records, and other relevant documents on time.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines in all reporting and documentation.

People Management

  • Lead and guide process executives and boiler operators to achieve high-quality standards and conformance to norms.
  • IDentify training needs and facilitate employee development.

EHS

  • Implement safety measures, including water meter installation and reducing optional water use.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, executing corrective actions as needed.
