Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Memory Layout Specialist to join our team. As a Memory Layout Specialist, you will be responsible for designing memory layouts at the leaf cell and top-level integration for custom memories, including SRAM and Register Files.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts, applying knowledge of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints to create efficient designs, and ensuring that designs meet performance and power requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in custom-based or compiler-based memories is essential.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL is required.
  • A strong understanding of high-performance and low-power memory layout optimization techniques is necessary.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in memory layout design is preferred.
