We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our cardiovascular and diabetic business unit. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative marketing strategies, drive sales execution, and foster a high-performing team while aligning with the company's overall vision.

About the Role:
  • Lead and mentor a large field force including Zonal/Regional Managers and Marketing Teams
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns, brand plans, and product positioning strategies
  • Drive product lifecycle management and new product launches
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) for effective go-to-market execution
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, ethical practices, and company values across all operations

A Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Science is required, with an MBA in Marketing being preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in pharma sales & marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role in the Cardio-Diabetic segment, is necessary for this position.
